This project is a Smart-Project in every since (building automation galore) that as designed will reach a minimum of GOLD Level LEED status as well as B Corp status and will create 500 jobs or more while generating $70 million – $100 million dollars per year into our local economy.


We may include a geothermal HVAC system which would include both wells and ponds; we may install solar panels on much of the roofing and over some of the outdoor parking as well all of which will be integrated and managed by a robust building automation package and more which will increase the value of our asset as well as our investors ROI. 


Please note as the convention facilities will be a complete flex space we are looking to become the preeminent UFC/MMA and AAU facility on the east coast and more, much more.  It is further our goal to become the host for the UFC/MMA World Championship series as we will have the facilities to put on a World Class Event.
